What is your sizing like and how can I find the right fit?

Our sizing is generally true to standard US sizing. We highly recommend referring to our detailed Size Guide, which is linked on every product page, before purchasing. This guide provides specific measurements (bust, waist, hips, and inseam). If you are between sizes, we suggest checking the product description, as we will note if an item has a slim or relaxed fit.

What are your shipping options and how long will my order take to arrive?
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs but it ultimately depends on the product and where it is sourced from. Please check the product description for specific delivery details. Please note that there is a 1-2 business day processing time for all orders before they are shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, please click the link in your order confirmation or reach out to us at support@skullandbogeys.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
How should I care for my garments to ensure they last?
The best way to maintain the quality of your apparel is to always follow the care instructions on the garment’s interior tag. Generally, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, and either air-drying or tumble-drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach, and iron on a low setting if necessary.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We process orders very quickly to ensure prompt delivery! If you need to modify your order (e.g., change size or color) or cancel it, please contact us at support@skullandbogeys.com. We can usually make changes within the first few hours of placing the order, but once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.

What payment methods do you accept, and is my payment information secure?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Yes, your payment security is our top priority. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect your personal and financial data during transmission. We do not store your credit card details.

Do you offer gift cards, and how can I redeem them?
Yes, we offer both physical and electronic e-gift cards. You can purchase them on our website under the ‘Gift Cards’ section. To redeem a gift card, simply enter the unique code at the payment stage during checkout. The balance of the card will be applied to your order total.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped (typically within 1-2 business days), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email contains a clickable tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can also track your order directly by entering your order number on our ‘Track Your Order’ page, which is linked in the footer of our site.
When will an item that is currently out of stock be restocked?
We work hard to keep popular items in stock! If an item is currently sold out, you will see an option on the product page to ‘Notify Me When Available’. By entering your email, you will be the first to know the moment the item is restocked. We typically restock core items within 2–4 weeks, but limited edition or seasonal items may not be restocked.

The best way to stay informed is to sign up for our email newsletter! You can subscribe by entering your email in the box at the bottom of our homepage. We also regularly announce sales, exclusive discounts, and new collection launches on our social media channels.
